Sleeping Bees
As in my life, the chaos is
settled with smoke.
I go sleepy, and the 3,000
roomates that live with me do as well.
It billows in the
open window as god bellows
his accordion,
and blows us all into
tomorrow.
Tomorrow where the
today goes
when it snows that
grey fog;
that sweet and thick
potion of dreaming.
We slip into thoughts
of dancing and singing,
and settle into the sleeping.
